The priest Adrián is giving the anointing of the sick to Natalia, a dying woman who confesses her sin: she made the online sale of a 6-year-old girl and will donate the money obtained to his Church. During the process, Adrián discovers his connection with Natalia in his past and with the girl in his present. Now Adrián is torn between wanting to kill her right there or keeping her alive in order to find the girl’s whereabouts.
